Awake Festival 2023

Awake Festival 2023 is an innovative concept that draws its identity inspiration from Art and Culture.

The festival aims to be eclectic through its positioning as a 100% free platform for artistic exhibition and promotion, allowing young Moroccan artists to express their diverse identities and experiential perspectives of life through a multitude of forms of expression and creation: photography, sculpture, eco-fashion, painting, sound and light installations, dance, and many others.

Awake is also a catalyst for cultural and artistic tourism, with a mission to showcase our beautiful country through the organization of events in different cities of Morocco, in various formats, thereby placing internal and international tourism promotion at the core of its considerations.

Furthermore, it is committed to promoting cross-cultural and inter-country art and culture, aiming to create an artistic and cultural connection among nations through the presence of international artists and DJs. This effort will assist Morocco in solidifying its position as the cultural hub of Africa.

The lineup aims to bring together artists of diverse nationalities, comprising both national and international talents.

Awake and its organizers firmly believe in the responsibility to have an ecological, environmental, and social impact. This is reflected in the choice of an eco-lodge as the venue, the use of recyclable cups during the event while ensuring environmental compliance, a partnership with Rotaract Casa Culture for a collection drive during the festival, and subsequent donation to multiple associations.
